Protecting your personal data is important to me.
This app stores all data exclusively locally on your device.
No data is transmitted to the provider's servers.
3. Types of processed data
When using the app, the following data may be stored:
- Titles and dates of trips
- Notes about highlights
- Timestamps (
createdAt,occurredAt) - Photos (optional)
- Location data (optional, if permission has been granted)
This data is stored exclusively locally on your device.
4. Location data
If you grant the app access to your location, the current geographic position is stored for a highlight.
- Use of the location feature is voluntary.
- The app can still be used without location permission.
- Location data is not transferred to third parties.

5. Photos
You can optionally select and store photos from your photo library.
- Photos are not analyzed automatically.
- No transfer to external servers takes place.
- Storage takes place exclusively locally on the device.

6. iCloud backup
If iCloud backups are enabled on your device, locally stored app data may be backed up by Apple as part of the iOS system.
The backup is carried out exclusively by Apple.
The provider of this app has no access to these backups.

7. No disclosure to third parties
Personal data is not disclosed to third parties.
No analytics, tracking, or advertising services are used.
8. Permissions
The app may request the following system permissions:
- Location access (optional)
- Access to the photo library (optional)
These permissions are used exclusively for app functionality.
9. Storage period
The data remains stored on your device until:
- You delete individual content, or
- You completely uninstall the app.
When the app is uninstalled, all locally stored data is deleted (unless an iCloud backup exists).
10. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:
- Right of access (Art. 15 GDPR)
- Right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)
- Right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
- Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)

Because all data is stored locally, you can manage your data yourself at any time or remove it completely by deleting the app.
